IE School of Politics, Economics & Global Affairs, in partnership with the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), offers a Master in International Development designed for those who want to build a global career in international development, addressing complex development challenges, including economic inclusion, fragility, and climate risk. The program prepares students to understand these challenges in depth and to design and deliver actionable, scalable solutions across public, private, and multilateral sectors. Grounded in a rigorous and forward-looking curriculum that encompasses the latest developments in international development theory and practice, management skills, and data science, the program combines the expertise of IE faculty and practitioners from the UN system, development banks, NGOs, and the private sector. The program goes beyond traditional aid pathways to reflect how development is delivered today: through a dynamic mix of actors, instruments, and sources of capital. Requirements: - Bachelor degree from an accredited university*
- Official university transcripts (certified translation into English or Spanish)

- Contact information of two relevant academic or professional references.
- English language certificate – we accept the TOEFL (minimum score of 100 but 105 recommended), the IELTS (minimum score of 7 but 7.5 recommended), Duolingo English Test (minimum score 130) or a Cambridge Advanced level. A certificate is not required if you are a native speaker, you completed an undergraduate degree in English, you have worked and lived for more than two years in an English speaking country, or if you have extensive professional experience in English. Nevertheless, should the Admissions Committee find it necessary, they may request one of the certificates mentioned above** .
